Do we need a tech background to participate?

Not at all. The ASCEND Framework was built for leaders, not engineers. A major part of the work is education and empowerment — no tech background required, just curiosity and willingness to move.

How is this different from other AI training programs?

Most AI training teaches tools. ASCEND teaches systems thinking. We help you build the organizational structure to adopt AI sustainably — not just hand you a list of apps and wish you luck.

What size organization is this designed for?

The framework is designed to scale. It works for teams of 5 and organizations of 500. The six phases are universal — the examples and applications are customized to your size and sector.

Can we do just one or two phases, not all six?

Absolutely. Each phase is modular and can stand alone. Many organizations start with Automate + Simplify and expand from there. We'll match the format to where your organization actually is.

Is the online course the same content as the workshops?

The core framework is the same. The self-paced course is designed for individual learners or small teams working through the material independently. Workshops add live facilitation, group dynamics, and custom application to your specific organization.
